The Position:  Customer Service/Sales Support Specialist

Are You Ready To Grow?!?!  Are you a self-motivated, service oriented individual who wants to be part of a special company?  Northeast Office Systems, an industry leader in office technology has an immediate opening for an additional dynamic Sales Support / Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. Individual will be tasked with providing exceptional sales support and customer service to our clients and our Account Management team.  Working at our Holliston, MA location, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Identify selling opportunities
  • Generating reports for Sales Team in preparation for account reviews, validation meetings and proposals
  • Champion quarterly account reviews with top 50 customers
  • Finalizing customer contracts
  • Marketing of Xerox A4 devices to existing customers
  • Facilitate process of replacing broken/unserviceable printers
  • Follow through on customer requests/complaints
  • Respond to bids
  • Other responsibilities include, collecting page counts from non-networked devices, posting sale customer follow up, follow up thank you letters to customers post-sale, demo and/or completed assessment, cross reference process chart spreadsheets with Soaring

 

What we need from you:

  • Bachelor's Degree + two (2) years previous successful customer service experience, or Associate's degree and five plus (5+) years previous successful customer service experience.
  • Excellent management of details, of multiple tasks and time constraints
  • Excellent listening and communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Professional appearance. Conduct is professional, patient & positive at all times
  • Passionate about customers and teamwork
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
  • Must possess basic office skills and math skills
