NCS is looking for a Help Desk Specialist to answer, evaluate, and prioritize incoming telephone, voice mail, e-mail, and in-person requests for assistance from users experiencing problems with hardware, software, networking, printer functionality, and other connected product issues.

Duties:

  • Install and train customers for software programs.
  • Perform remote network install of all new copiers in the field
  • Assist technicians in the field with remote computer access when they are doing network installs
  • Perform field service calls for network related service issues
  • Complete all Xerox Analyst training modules for new or current products

Qualifications:

Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Must be able to work with minimal supervision,  have good customer service skills and be able to meet required deadlines.
